Jeder juristische Begriff muß aber vor allem die von ihm zu ordnenden juristischen Tatsachen als Einheiten auffassen, da er nichts anderes als die Form der Synthese dieser Tatsachen ist. Das Eigentum, das Pfandrecht, die Obligation sind begriffliche Einheiten, die nur aus dem gegebenen Stoffe der juristischen Tatsachen gewonnen werden, aus denen sich wiederum sämtliche sie bildenden juristischen Tatsachen deduktiv als Konsequenzen ergeben müssen.
