The Winter School is a two-week postgraduate programme offering a broad range of courses on federalism and governance. It provides participants the opportunity to broaden their knowledge in multilevel government and governance, especially from the perspectives of law and political science.

The 2014 edition of the Winter School will focus on the topic of "Federalism and Multilevel Constitutionalism".

The first week takes place at the Faculty of Law and the School of Political Science and Sociology,
Leopold-Franzens-Universität Innsbruck, Austria;

The second week takes place at the Institute for Studies on Federalism and Regionalism, European Academy
Bolzano/Bozen (EURAC), Italy.
