EDAP is a high standard online series of working papers. It has been founded by the by two research institutes situated at the European Academy in Bolzano, namely the Institute for Studies on Federalism and Regionalism and the Institute for Minority Rights at the cradle of the new enlarged European Union, namely on the 1st of May 2004, and hence marks the beginning of an increasing process of diversification within the European Union.
